Project Manager
Summary: Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Summary: Responsible for the design, development and support of effective and efficient systems and who will be part of a leveraged team supporting multiple clients within the healthcare information Exchange industry.
Software Technician L2
Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Software Team Leader, the incumbent will provide support to end users on a variety of issues. Responsibilities include responding to logged calls as well as email and verbal requests for technical support. Additional duties include identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. Documenting, tracking and monitoring problems to ensure a timely resolution is paramount. Must have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within this field. Position requires self-motivation, creative thinking, ex-
cellent problem solving skills and the ability to manage volatile situations appropriately. Additionally, the incumbent must be self sufficient and rely little on others to solve problems. Primary job functions typically require exercising independent judgment.
Solutions Architect

Unix/Linux System Administrator
Summary: The System Administrator is responsible for installation/configuration, operation and maintenance of systems hardware and software related infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to: Operating System management, network design, configuration and implementation, and Cisco device management.This individual ensures that core systems and related procedures adhere to organizational policies and enable staff, customers and partners to work efficiently.
